We had a high of 71 today, just about the time this photo was taken. Tomorrow is supposed to be a high of 74. As a result, we look more autumnal rather than in the deep midwinter.



There is, by the way, an artificial skating rink at the opposite end of the parking lot from this tree. One can skate or sip one's choice of hot or cold drinks.

We will get colder temperatures eventually, but that's more likely to be in January. December is usually very mild here in Southern California.
